Court / Remanded in custody
A WOMAN has been remanded in custody until next week after appearing at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Friday.
Sarah Patterson, of Hoofields, Lerwick, appeared from custody and had her case continued without plea until 5 June.
The 33-year-old was charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner on a bus en route from Lerwick to Mossbank on 16 April and shouting, swearing, making threats and behaving aggressively.
Patterson also allegedly acted in an aggressive manner towards two people at a property in Lerwick on repeated occasions on Thursday (30 May), and attempting to gain entry via a window as well as directing abusive gestures and remarks towards them.
She was also charged with stealing a photograph of a child and a child’s artwork at an address in Lerwick on 9 April.
