POLICE are investigating a rare case of vandalism on the island of Yell after a black Vauxhall Astra got its front and rear nearside tyres deliberately punctured with a screwdriver or similar implement.
Yell’s police constable Simon Findlay said the vehicle had been damaged overnight from Friday to Saturday at Kirkabister, Camb.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on telephone 101 or anonymously via Crimestopper on 0800555111.
