Emergency services / Late call-out for fire crew
FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a fire which spread across grass and heather at Staney Hill in Lerwick shortly before midnight on Sunday.
One appliance from Lerwick attended the scene to tackle the fire, which spread over approximately 500 square metres behind the Anderson High School.
It was extinguished using two beaters, with the crew leaving the scene at around 12.55am on Monday morning.
