Court / Appeared in private
A MAN was granted bail after appearing in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
Stephen Walterson, from Lerwick, appeared on a petition alleging three charges, including carrying an offensive weapon in public.
The 51-year-old also faced charges of assault to injury and behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
Walterson made no plea and was committed for further examination.
