Court / Appeared from custody on 22 road traffic charges
A MAN appeared from custody in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Tuesday on a petition alleging 22 road traffic offences.
Matthew James Whiles, of no fixed abode, was also charged with one contravention of the Firearms Act 1968.
The 44-year-old made no plea, was committed for further examination and was remanded in custody.
