Court / Remanded in custody
A MAN has been remanded in custody after appearing at Lerwick Sheriff Court on a petition alleging three charges including dangerous driving and driving while unfit through drink or drugs.
Forty two year old Mark Scholes, of Cunningsburgh, made no plea when he appeared in private on Thursday before being committed for further examination.
He was also accused of having an article with a blade or a point in a public place.
