Court / Accused of drink driving
THE CASE against a 31-year-old man from Lerwick accused of drink driving has been continued without plea until next week.
Wojciech Malecki, of 19 Nordavatn, appeared from custody at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday.
He is charged with being three and half times the legal drink driving limit on an unclassified road near his home address on 9 September. He is also charged with two related motoring charges.
Malecki was released on bail and will appear again on 24 October.
