SHETLAND amenity Trust is embarking on a major restructuring exercise that will see the creation of five new management post.
Chief executive Mat Roberts said he was confident to be able to fill the posts through an internal first recruitment process, managed by Bruce Tait Associates.
The five new posts are as follows:
- Head of business services
- Head of developments
- Head of engagement
- Head of operations
- Executive assistant to the leadership team
Roberts said: “I believe the talent we need on the leadership team is available in the trust team that we have today, and I would encourage anyone who is interested to apply.
“If we cannot find the right people for any of the roles then we will go to an open market recruitment to fill any remaining vacancies.
“Once the leadership team is in place we will develop the next levels in the organisational structure, draft the trust’s strategic plan for 2019–2024 and the first annual business plan that will be used to deliver the plan.”
