“The public part of the meeting lasted exactly nine minutes…” (“Charitable trust funds grow to £261 million”, SN 9/3/18). Is this a record?

If only Shetland had an active MSP who had signalled a wish to secure greater democratic accountability for Shetland’s oil millions. I thought Tavish Scott had said he would work with Lerwick Community Council and the SIC to that end. Does anyone know if his golf handicap is improving?
