News / Three in hospital after single vehicle crash
POLICE are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a serious road traffic accident near the Gott crossroads at Tingwall just before 4am on Saturday morning.
The three male occupants of the Mitshubishi Shogun car, a 51 year old driver and two passengers aged 35 and 25, were all taken to the Gilbert Bain Hospital in Lerwick and are receiving medical treatment. Their conditions are not known.
The car came to rest on its roof in a field almost 50 metres off the A970 road.
Police can be contacted by calling 101 or by attending Lerwick police station.
