A TWENTY seven year old man who admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at a Lerwick nightclub by shouting, swearing, making homophobic comments and behaving aggressively towards door staff has had sentence deferred.
John Hutcheson, of South Lochside, Lerwick, pleaded guilty to the charge in relation to events at Posers nightclub in the town’s Burns Lane on 2 September last year.
He will reappear at Lerwick Sheriff Court on 27 March to be sentenced.
