News / Emergency timetable for two weeks after engine fault
THE BLUEMULL Sound ferry service will operate to a reduced emergency timetable for the next two weeks after the MV Geira developed an engine problem on Monday.
All bookings for this week have been cancelled and passengers can make bookings from late Tuesday afternoon for Wednesday onwards.
The Saturday and Sunday timetable and its bookings are unaffected.
The timetable will be run by the MV Bigga following the issue with the Geira‘s main port engine.
