News / Three hospitalised after Black Gaet accident
THREE men were taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries after being cut free from vehicles following a road traffic accident near the shooting range at the Black Gaet on Monday evening.
The B9073 road between Gulberwick and Scalloway was closed until 1.30am on Tuesday morning, police said.
Emergency services were called to the serious two-vehicle road accident, which involved a red Volkswagen Golf and a blue Ford Fiesta, at around 7.15pm.
The men were aged 17, 18 and 19.
