News / Weather disrupts NorthLink’s weekend ferries
WEATHER is set to disrupt this weekend’s NorthLink ferry sailings to and from Shetland.
As previously reported, the northbound sailing from Aberdeen tonight (Saturday) will no longer call at Kirkwall and its arrival into Lerwick on Sunday may be delayed.
The southbound sailing may be delayed in arriving at Aberdeen on Sunday morning by up to one hour.
On Sunday night the southbound Hjaltland may be delayed in arriving into Kirkwall by up to one hour.
The freight vessel Hildasay, meanwhile, will no longer depart Aberdeen for Lerwick on Saturday and will instead leave on Sunday at 6pm.
