News / Police seek information on early hours assault
POLICE in Shetland are investigating an assault that allegedly took place in the early hours of Sunday morning in the Upper Sound area of Lerwick.
Officers said the incident occurred sometime between 3.30am and 4am when the victim was being dropped off by a taxi.
Anyone with information regarding the incident can contact police by phoning 101, calling Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or attending Lerwick Polie Station in person and quoting reference NL3085/17.
