News / Bailed over charge of aggressive behaviour

A TWENTY six year old man has been released on bail after being charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at a property on the West Side earlier this summer.

Andrew Cumming, of Kirkidale, Walls, is accused of conduct likely to cause fear or alarm by shouting, swearing and behaving aggressively towards a woman on 29 July.

His case was continued without plea until 30 August and he was granted bail with the standard conditions.
