News / Dangerous overtaking report

POLICE are seeking witnesses to an instance of dangerous overtaking near Tingwall Airport on Friday evening.

Officers said the alleged incident was carried out by a grey Ford vehicle travelling west along the A971 past the airport at around 5.30pm.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the police by phoning 101 or attending Lerwick Police Station in person.
