News / Police investigating near miss

POLICE are looking for witnesses after receiving reports of a ‘near miss’ incident involving three vehicles and a cyclist on the outskirts of Lerwick on Monday.

It is said to have happened near to the A970 at Blackhill at around 5pm.

Anyone who may have observed the incident is asked to contact Police Scotland by phoning 101 or visiting Lerwick Police Station.
