A FIFTY five year old man appeared in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Wednesday on a petition alleging two charges relating to the misuse of drugs act 1971.

Raffic Sukhram, of the South Mainland, made no plea and was committed for further examination before being admitted to bail.
