News / Dog rescued after 40ft fall
A SHEEPDOG escaped injury after tumbling 40ft down a cliff in Unst on Tuesday afternoon.
It lost its footing near to Haroldswick and coastguard rescue teams were alerted at around 4pm.
Crew were lowered by rope to the dog before it was raised back to safety and reunited with its owner.
