News / Roundabout collision

POLICE are asking any witnesses to come forward following a road traffic collision which occurred at the roundabout opposite the Grantfield Garage, in Lerwick, on Wednesday afternoon at about 5.15pm.

Police are keen to identify the driver of a black car – possibly a Vauxhall Astra – which is said to have been involved in the collision before driving off.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or phone Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
