Letters / Anyone related to Rusland or Russell sisters from Unst?

In the mid and late 19th century three sisters called Rusland or Russell lived in Norwick in Unst.

Elizabeth Ursula Rusland was born in 1804, and married William Harper; Janet Rusland was born in 1809, and married Andrew Basil Scott Gray; Charlotte Smith Rusland was born in 1812, and married William Smith Anderson. They died in 1897, 1889 and 1892, respectively.

They no doubt have many descendants. If anyone has heard any stories about any of the sisters, I would be most grateful to hear. One of them played a very interesting role in an event of the 1870s which I am writing a paper about.
