News / Verbal abuse outside bank
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a member of the public was verbally abused outside a bank in Lerwick town centre on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident, in which a woman shouted and swore, took place at around 2.10pm outside the Bank of Scotland on the town’s Commercial Street.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland by phoning 101 or in person at Lerwick Police Station.
