News / Permaculture film tonight

LOCAL group Transition Shetland is showing the latest film about permaculture at the Clickimin Bowlers’ Bar on Wednesday evening at 7.30pm.

Inhabit features some of the leading progressive thinkers talking about their vision of a world where people help the planet to thrive, with plenty of practical example of permaculture in action.

The film will be followed by a talk by Forres-based permaculture and landscape designer Suzanne de Waard who is in Shetland this week.

Everyone is welcome to attend this free showing, but donations to pay the cost of the presentation will be welcome at the door.
