WITH newly devolved powers coming into force after next week’s Scottish parliamentary elections, the freshly elected 129 MSPs will be more powerful than ever before.
Some even go as far as claiming that the new Scottish Parliament will be the most powerful devolved assembly in the world.
But with new power comes increased responsibility. We asked the four constituency candidates as well as independence list candidates James Stockan what they hope the new parliament will be able to achieve.
