News / More O2 repair work
SOME O2 customers in Lerwick are again facing disruption as the mobile phone firm strives to complete repairs to a problem that resulted in the service being down for six days earlier this month.
A company spokesman said there was planned work being carried out at its Lerwick site on Tuesday.
“This is for additional work required after the previous issue,” he said. “We are fitting a new antenna and this should be complete with full service restored by 8pm today.”
