News / Missing man found safe and well

POLICE in Shetland have confirmed that missing man Ross Williamson, from Lerwick, has been found safe and well.

The alarm was raised on Sunday afternoon after the 31 year old had left an address in Lerwick at around midday.

He was last seen driving a white Ford Fiesta van with the registration number HV58 GTF.

However, a short while ago a police spokesman said that Williamson had been traced.
