Letters / College merger: what’s the cost?

Having read your piece on the “merger of colleges” in Shetland (SIC stops short on pulling plug on college merger; SN 24/02/16) I note there has not been a single word on the cost of this proposal which to date has taken three years and apparently achieved little if anything.

The councillors should also be putting this figure in the public domain.

So, how much has it cost?
