News / Gales set to return
AFTER a two-week long respite winter gales are again having an impact on NorthLink’s timetable.
The ferry operator said its services on Tuesday night would be subject to delays due to adverse weather conditions.
The Hjaltland will depart from Aberdeen at the later time of 10pm with an expected time of arrival in Lerwick around three hours behind schedule.
Meanwhile, the southbound service is likely to stay in port until the early hours of Wednesday before departing for Aberdeen.
Check-in times for both services are unchanged. More info at www.northlinkferries.co.uk
