A FIFTY EIGHT year old man has appeared in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court on three charges of lewd, indecent and libidinous behaviour.

Alan Scollay, of Lerwick, appeared from custody on Monday afternoon. He made no plea or declaration and was released on bail.
