THREE appliances were called out to a transformer unit fire within a shipping container at the Shetland Gas Plant in Sullom Voe on Friday. Crews from Brae, Hillswick and Bixter attended at around 10pm and the fire was extinguished on arrival. A dry powder extinguisher and two breathing apparatuses were used.
