News / Two men bailed
TWO men accused of breaking into a property by smashing a window have been released on bail after appearing from custody at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday.
Twenty year old Geordan Sales, of 18 Kalliness, Weisdale, and 28 year old Kieran Roberts, of 31 Haldane Burgess Crescent, Lerwick, had their case continued without plea until 30 September. Both were released on bail.
The pair are accused of shouting, swearing, making threats, smashing a window and damaging a patio while attempting to force entry into a property at Hill Grind, Lerwick on 13 September.
Roberts is also charged with having an offensive weapon – a hammer – on the same day at the town’s Hill Grind.
