News / Remanded on drugs charges

A WOMAN from Merseyside has been remanded in custody after appearing in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Thursday on drugs related charges.

Catherine Mary Trevor, aged 23, from Birkenhead, made no plea or declaration when she appeared from custody.

Trevor was committed for further examination and remanded in custody. She is expected to reappear in court next week.
