FOUR PEOPLE in Shetland lost their lives in 2014 due to drug taking, according to the latest statistics. Health services estimate that there are 340 problem drug users in the isles. Overall the number of drug related deaths in Scotland have risen from 527 in 2013 to 613 last year.
