THE SCOTTISH Parliament’s devolution committee is hosting a public meeting in Lerwick town hall on 16 March to hear islanders’ views on devolution of further powers to Holyrood as part of the Smith Commission proposals. The 90-minute event starts a 5.30pm. Entry is free but booking is essential, contact 0131 3485206.
