Hans J Marter

A 39-year old man was remanded in custody after pleading not guilty to a charge of being found in a house in Lerwick with intent to steal while on bail.

Jamie Neill, of Sandveien appeared from custody before Lerwick Sheriff Court on Wednesday.

A trial date has been fixed for 2 April.
