News / Sound wins Euro quiz

SOUND Primary School won the Shetland heat of Euroquiz 2015 at Islesburgh on Friday, eventually defeating Dunrossness Primary School in the final round. Organisers said the overall standard of answers was excellent as pupils tackled questions on geography, the EU, sport, culture and languages. Sound pupils will compete in the national final at the Scottish Parliament in May.
