Letters / Super fast nation

I note in Saturday’s Times newspaper a double full page advertisement from HM Government which proudly states the following:

“Now’s the time for superfast broadband. We are now a super fast nation. Together, we’re investing in Superfast Broadband, so now we can achieve more than ever before.”

As a UK taxpayer who has undoubtedly contributed to the cost of this “information”, I am not sure whether to laugh or cry.

My superfast broadband as just tested comes in at a lightning fast 1.5 Mb/s.
