News / Second Bridges show

TICKETS for a second Shetland show by top comedian Kevin Bridges have gone on sale after the first show sold out in 25 minutes.

Bridges will now be performing at Lerwick’s Clickimin Leisure Complex on Wednesday 29 July next year as well as the following night, which has now sold out.

The 1,100 tickets for Thursday’s night show went on sale at 10am on Friday morning and had completely sold out before 10.30am, according to Clickimin manager Robert Geddes.

He said the promoters had provisionally booked the centre for the previous night and when he told them how quickly the first show had sold out, they immediately approved a second performance.

“There were a lot of disappointed people this morning so we thought we should organise this as quickly as possible,” Geddes said.

Tickets for the second night are now on sale for £25 at the Shetland Box Office or by phoning 01595 745555.
