Letters / ‘Traitors’

Just to be clear, in his letter (Stop the Sermons; SN, 15/08/14) Brian Smith’s use of the word “traitor” for people who oppose the Viking wind farm is his alone.

I have never used that word and never will. Surely we can disagree without being considered “traitors”.

I respect other people’s views, even if I disagree with them and find them incredibly frustrating at times, and will not criticise anyone personally just for their opinions.
