Accepting our MSP’s assertion of classifying Scotland as a foreign country when we become independent, and that the MoD claim they are incapable of removing nuclear weapons before 2020, I think he should advise President Obama of the situation.

Alternatively he could try making the positive case for Scotland remaining under Westminster control because after 300 years there are less than 50 days in which to make it.
