SHETLAND police are on the hunt for a red transit-style van and its driver after “an incident” in the south mainland during the past week.

Police say the van has the registration number M962 DLB, has Rampant Lion Scotland flags in the rear and may be being used as a camper van.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Lerwick police station via the national 101 number.
