A SHIP-TO-SHIP transfer, an increasingly rare occurrence these days, took place in the water off Sullom Voe Oil Terminal this weekend.

BP’s 183 metre long crude oil tanker British Tranquility, in the harbour for repairs, transferred her cargo to the Island Express.
