THE DRIVER of this Ford four-wheel drive escaped with only minor injuries when he lost control over his car on Wednesday morning.

Police were called to the single vehicle accident on the Tingwall straight at just after 5.30am.

The vehicle was extensively damaged when it left the road and overturned.
