SERCO NorthLink have announce further disruption to their ferry sailings to and from Shetland over the next two days.
Thursday night’s sailing from Lerwick to Aberdeen will now not depart the isles until midnight, and is not expected to reach Aberdeen until 4pm on Friday.
Both Friday and Saturday night’s trips are under review due to the forecast of south easterly gales.
While Thursday’s northbound sailing from Aberdeen left on schedule at 5pm, on Friday the ferry Hjaltland will not depart until 11pm with an estimated arrival in Lerwick at midday on Saturday.
Saturday’s northbound sailing is under review.
The freight vessel Hildasay is scheduled to sail from Aberdeen for Lerwick on Friday at 8pm, but her return trip on Saturday is under review.
