Why on earth is there mutterings of a new skate park? The last venture was a flop (Skate park setback, SN, 14 May 13)

How is pumping £170k into this non-starter more important than keeping open the Freefield Centre or Karibuni?

Can’t the kids go out and use the Mareel for entertainment?
