A HOMELESS Shetland man has been remanded in custody for two weeks after pleading guilty to causing a breach of the peace in Lerwick’s Thorfinn Street on Thursday.
Appearing from custody in Lerwick Sheriff Court on Friday morning, 41 year old Oliver Tait, of no fixed abode, admitted shouting, swearing, making threats and refusing to leave the house when he was asked to do so.
The case was adjourned until 16 May when Tait will reappear in court.
