News / A peerie award

A NEW Shetland business that runs activities for babies, toddlers and their mums has been nominated for a national award.

Jennifer Teale of Bambino & Beyond said she was delighted to have been put forward for the ‘What’s On 4 Little Ones’ awards.

The company, based in Gulberwick and only founded in August of last year, has been nominated in the Best New Activity for Children and Best Local Activity for the Under 5s categories.

Voting takes place via the organisation’s website at www.whatson4littleones.co.uk/awards-voting-2013.asp

Bambino & Beyond run a wide range of classes that are tailored for pregnant women, babies, toddlers, pre-school bairns, but also activities for five to 12 year olds.

Teale, herself a mother of three, said: “We only started in summer last year and we are absolutely delighted that some of the parents have gone forward and nominated us.”
