TWO vehicles were victims of the freezing road conditions at the weekend, according to the police.

One driver escaped uninjured after his vehicle left the road at 11am on Sunday on the main road just north of Lerwick.

No one was injured when another vehicle came off the carriageway north of Voe heading towards Toft at 10pm on Sunday night.
