Presumably “culling” is aqua-speak for killing (Disease forces culling of 10,000 “cleaner” fish’; SN 17/1/12).

Killing between 9 and 10,000 live fish is an appalling statistic and is an unacceptable price to pay for cheap so-called “salmon”.
